Front Aero Splitters
Machined from Tegris, carbon fiber, Jabroc, aluminum and or combination
of several engineered materials to provide the desired properties and
performace.
Rear Spoilers and Spoiler Blades
Cut and machined from aluminum, carbon fiber and specialty engineered
resin based reinforced plastics to customers specifications. Custom
mounting and support hardware also provided.
Suspension Shims, and Bump Stops
Water jet cut, milled and/or turned from a wide range of engineered plastics,
urethanes and silicone rubber materials.
Side Windows
Clear polycarbonate CNC routed or water jet cut from any thickness.
We will provide windows cut to size and shape blank or with all required
rivet holes, NACA ducts or any other features desired.
Assembly Fixtures and Templates
From large water jet cut and machined steel surface “build” plates.
Precision machined front end fixutures from .5” to 2” thick cast aluminum
jig plate. Fixtures can have any features desired. We produce them to your
requirements.
CNC routed and brake formed chassis and body templates produced to
your specification.
